This process will completely clear all existing data from the device and return it to a "fresh from the factory" state. Please copy all important data from the device prior to beginning this procedure.

  1. (Optional) Reformat the device's memory card or cards.
  2. Reset the device's lock code to "12345".
  3. Flash the latest firmware onto the device.
