This process will completely clear all existing data from the device and return it to a "fresh from the factory" state. Please copy all important data from the device prior to beginning this procedure.
- (Optional) Reformat the device's memory card or cards.
- Reset the device's lock code to "12345".
- Flash the latest firmware onto the device.
