<DocScrutinizer05> on a last remark: since freenode *official* GC procedure is dysfunct as explained in top of https://freenode.net/group_registration.shtml, I had a lot of talks to freenode staff to finally come up with this solution how to handle the whole issue. The sending of a mail - preferably by primary GC (xfade) - to freenode staff been what freenode admins (/stats -p) suggested to me
