Changing shortcuts
You can change keyboard shortcuts by holding cursor over menu item and pressing desired key.
Using error-dialogs
Press outside of details to continue mypaint. Press 'quit' to really quit mypaint.
Issues
Saving 'Multiple PNG transparent' is broken on upstream also (or I didn't know how to use it).
