Currently feature requests are handled via http://bugs.maemo.org in a not very efficient way: many users don't know about this and the connection with Maemo SW product management is poor. In fact both aspects are somewhat related: product managers have plenty of sources of feedback and community feedback is spread through different channels with a lot of noise and overlaps.
