Based on madduck's DVCS packaging
- upstream is a clean upstream (no debian/ ... but pristine-tar handles that)
- each deb/* branch is a debian/patches/* quilt patch that is a 'feature'
- each patch/* branch is intended to go upstream (maybe bug fixes)
- commits on master should only be in debian/* and should be pure packaging
