How can I show task/close switch button in the statusbar ?

Simply, you cant. StatusBar is designed to hold system indicators like battery status, mobile phone operator, signal strength, positioned in the same place where switch button is supposed to be. Also, add finger size buttons requires a bigger (more height) status bar.
