The Maemo HIG was proof-read and edited by a number of people, including Dave Neary, lbt, qole and timsamoff in the wiki, and the resulting changes were integrated into the reference version, which can be found at Documentation/Maemo 5 Developer Guide/Human Interface Guidelines.
