Process for submitting, answering and sorting questions

I just finished cleaning up the page (had a lot of hold-over stuff from midgard, still), but we really need to figure out a better process for submitting, answering and sorting the questions here. Any suggestions? —GeneralAntilles 20:48, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
