Purpose of Bylaws

By law, and for practical reasons, upcoming non-profit Foundation need Bylaws. Foundation's Board is scheduled to accept bylaws during first meeting. After that, only way to change/improve bylaws, is defined in bylaws itself - thus, it's very important to start with as much "bulletproof" document, as possible.
